The lower level of Le Rouge Restaurant & Après-Ski is where the celebrated wine cellar can be found. Here, in the belly of the restaurant, groups of up to 18 can dine privately on an impressive table made from a solid piece of reclaimed rain-forest wood.
Those dining in private wine cellar are surrounded by Le Rouge’s collection of grands crus, superior local wines, and a number of little gems from smaller estates across Europe.
In the wine cellar, you can animate your experience with your own soundtrack via the independent sound system.
Guests can also interact with the main restaurant through a Perspex porthole in the shape of the Swiss flag.
