A fresh season, a refreshed menu — and a new culinary chapter at Le Rouge. Our lunch menu is back with a new look, a few fresh additions, and all your favourite classics.

But the real evolution takes place at dinner. 

Chef Stefano has elevated the evening menu with a gastronomic touch — refined dishes crafted with carefully selected ingredients, short supply chains, and close collaboration with exceptional local and Alpine producers.

Throughout the season, you’ll also find weekly seasonal suggestions, highlighting the chef’s creativity and the best ingredients of the moment.

We can’t wait for you to taste what’s new this winter.
