At lunchtime, we offer hearty dishes of which particular favourites include our marinated pork spare ribs, steak tartar, the Le Rouge bacon cheeseburger, and our signature salads, such as the Bo Bun. You can also enjoy a fondue and croute.

In the evening, you will find dishes such as our roasted sea bass fillet, our Iberico Pork Presa and our delicious Thai sauteed noodles! Not to forget our growing selection of organic and vegetarian options.

With daily suggestions from the chef, Le Rouge is sure to keep loyal guests contented, whilst also ensuring the continuation of timeless classics.

Le Rouge Restaurant & Après-Ski also caters for small people with big appetites, with our children’s menu with organic options.
